User Guide of Doc upload

现在网站有一个简单的文档管理功能，在右上角1登陆后，按2，3顺序可以进入界面 Please change the Access policy to logged in users，which means it can only be seen by our lab members，otherwise if the policy is Anyone, the document will be viewable by any internet users, 请注意下方权限设置，如果不是要全互联网可见的话，就改为logge-in users，这样就是我们实验室可见。 you can upload your document through a button under Attachment，（ some times it is invisible but it is there， I still don't know what cause this problem）
